
The agreement on visa facilitation between India and Russia will come into force on 1 December, after which tourists will be able to receive semi-annual visa procedure and will be easier for business, said Thursday Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich. The agreement also provides for direct appeals of citizens and organizations for a visa and the ability to issue multiple-entry visas for up to five years.
